Availability
1. Manufacturers occasionally discontinue products with little or no notice and sometimes can have temporary production problems. In such circumstances, we will inform you by email to suggest an alternative product or allow you to cancel your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale without incurring liability.
2. Offers and promotions will be subject to availability. We also reserve the right to withdraw any offer or promotion without prior notice.
Postage
1. Currently we post to UK addresses only.
2. All items are posted by First Class Royal Mail and delivery is normally within 2-5 days.
Payment
1. All our online transactions are fully secure. We use Protx as our payment gateway. Please feel free to browse their website at http://www.protx.com
2. Prices of products are subject to change without prior notice, however the price payable by you is the price shown on our website at the time of ordering.
3. We do not keep records of your card details.
Accuracy
1. To the best of our knowledge, all information on this website is accurate at the time of inclusion. However, changes can occur and we will endeavour to update the information as soon as possible.
2. Images shown throughout the site are also correct at time of inclusion. As with product information, changes can occur and we will update them as soon as it is possible.
Technical
1. Cinderela B is in no way liable in the event of technical issues resulting in the site being inaccessible.

Designer Jewellery Workshops
These Terms and Conditions specifically relate to our Designer Jewellery Workshops. Whether you are registering for one of our workshops, or purchasing a gift voucher, you are entering into a legal agreement with Cinderela B and there are a few things you should know, which are set out in these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect the moment they are posted on our website and use of our website will signify your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

Booking a Workshop
Due to the intimate nature of our workshops and the limited number of places available, classes are non-refundable and there are no transfers or reschedules so please check your diary carefully before you sign up. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to send someone in your place; please contact us to provide us with your replacement's name, phone number and email address in advance of the workshop.
Payment
Full payment of the workshop fees must be made prior to commencement of the workshop and your place on our workshop cannot be guaranteed until full payment is received. In order to make payment, you can pay via our secure online booking system, for which you will need to register with us, or you can contact us on 020 7375 0505 and payment can be made by credit or debit card over the telephone. Your place on our workshop will be guaranteed once payment has been made. We will send a confirmation email once payment has been received to confirm your booking.
Purchasing Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers for our workshops can be purchased over the phone, are easy to redeem and are valid for 6 months after purchase. We will send your personalised voucher (immediately or on your specified date) to either yourself or your chosen recipient. As we cannot control what is done with a voucher once purchased, your normal statutory right of cancellation within 7 working days is therefore waived. Please note that vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash.
Our Right to Cancel a Workshop
In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled, we will give you as much advance warning as possible to the email address that you have registered with us. We will refund your booking fee or transfer you to another workshop of the same price, space permitting. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for any wasted travel or other costs.
Materials and Equipment
All materials and equipment required for each workshop are supplied by Cinderela B and included in the workshop course fee.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We will never share your information to any third party, other company or individual unless we are required to by the law. This is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any data collected from you will be treated in confidence and will only be used for the purpose for which it is intended. Your email address will be added to our mailing list, however you can unsubscribe from this at any time if you wish.
Jurisdiction
Cinderela B is based in and operates in the UK and therefore the laws of England will apply to the interpretation of these terms and, in the unlikely event of a dispute, we agree wherever possible to attempt to resolve the matter through mediation and otherwise through the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts of law.
